Health and Wellbeing Champions

To support the Trust with the introduction of our new (and existing) Health and Wellbeing (HWB) schemes, we have enlisted the help of a number of HWB champions from across the organisation who will act as advocates for promoting the initiatives in their local areas. The prime responsibility of these champions is to increase awareness of the HWB activities that are running amongst fellow staff and signpost them to any scheme that may be of interest. To read more about our current champions, please click on their profile below.

Health and Wellbeing Lead - Claire Hobbs

We are still looking for more champions to get involved so if HWB is something of interest to you, please do not hesitate to put yourself forward! The champions are responsible for attending monthly meetings, promoting schemes and initiatives and coming up with new ideas that could be implemented within the Trust. They are the face of all things HWB and represent the majority of staff views.
