HR Policies Training for Managers
The HR Policies Training for Managers is tailored to support line managers to understand the main HR Policies, particularly their roles and responsibilities as managers. These include, Performance Management, Disciplinary Policy and Procedure, Sickness Absence & Attendance Policy and Procedure.
Who Should Attend:
We encourage all new MKUH line managers to book into these courses to adhere to policies and procedures. Existing managers are also encouraged to attend the training sessions to refresh and build on their existing knowledge of the policies.
